Ccil

Ccil is based out of a house in Ram Nagar Colony, which is in the Gorakhnath area of Gorakhpur. The address is H.No. 140 E, and it’s a typical residential-style setup. Working out of a house makes it feel a bit different than a standard office building in a big city. The neighborhood is usually quiet, except for the occasional scooter passing by or neighbors talking in the street. We use a couple of the rooms for our desks and storage. It’s a simple arrangement where we handle all the administrative stuff and keep track of our records. Being in Uttar Pradesh, the summers are really hot, so we try to get most of our heavy work done in the cooler mornings. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who know each other well and keep things running. There’s a lot of paperwork to deal with, and we spend a good chunk of the day just making sure everything is filed away properly. Sometimes we sit out on the porch for a minute during our break to get some fresh air. It’s not a fancy place, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine down. People from the colony know us, and it feels like a very local, integrated part of the community here in Gorakhpur. We just keep things moving along slowly and steadily.
