Our office is at House Number 140 E in the Ram Nagar Colony, which is in the Gorakhnath area of Gorakhpur. It is a quiet residential neighborhood in Uttar Pradesh. We have been working from this house for a few years now. It’s not a big corporate building; it’s just a few rooms that we use for our office work. We have some computers set up and a table where we can sit and talk about what needs to be done. Most of our work is about handling data and keeping things organized for Ccil. The neighborhood is full of families, so it’s a calm place to spend the day. We usually keep the doors open to let the air in. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello. We don't have a big staff, just three or four of us who live nearby. We don't have any flashy signs outside. It’s just a plain house where we do our daily jobs. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we take that time to organize the physical files. We wear regular clothes and don't worry about being too formal. There is a small kitchen where we make tea and occasionally some snacks. It’s a humble setup, but it works perfectly for us. We aren't trying to be a big fancy company. We just do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day.
