Cce In A Bpo

Our office is at Dg 731 in the New Extn. Colony in Palwal. It’s a bit of a way out if you’re coming from the main part of Faridabad, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. This is a Cce In A Bpo setup, so the main thing you’ll hear when you walk in is the sound of people talking on their headsets. It’s pretty much constant from morning until the late shifts end. The room is filled with rows of desks and everyone has their own little space with a monitor. We’ve got a small break area where the fridge makes a weird humming noise, but it keeps our water cold. Palwal is a bit quieter than the center of Delhi, which is nice, but the power can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We have a backup generator that kicks in with a loud thud whenever the lights go out. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a cycle to get here. It’s just a regular workplace where we handle customer calls and try to solve problems as they come in over the line. There’s nothing fancy about the building or the way we work. We just put on the headsets, do our hours, and head back to the colony when we’re finished. It’s a steady job and we have a good group of people here.
