Our little office is located at G-4 in Gandhi Nagar, Gwalior. It’s a quiet spot in Madhya Pradesh. We’ve been here for a long time, and everyone in the area knows the building. We go by C.C. Exce, but we don't really bother with long titles or formal introductions. We just handle the business that comes our way. The office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just walk in if they have a question. We don't have a big staff. It’s just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know the regular customers by name. We don't spend money on big signs or glossy flyers. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet. We are usually too busy keeping up with the daily tasks. It’s a very local feel here. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather while we work. There is no corporate ladder to climb. We just do our jobs and try to be fair to everyone. It’s a simple life in Gwalior. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to provide a decent service from our spot in Gandhi Nagar.
