We are located at BD-845 in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. If you’ve been to the market nearby, you know how busy this part of the city gets. This office is where a lot of the administrative work for the school board happens. It’s a plain building and inside it’s filled with desks, computers, and a whole lot of paper. We aren't here to promote anything. We just handle the day-to-day tasks that come with managing exams and school records. There are people coming in and out all day with queries about certificates or school affiliations. It can get a bit chaotic during exam season. The staff here has seen it all over the years. We aren't a fancy corporate setup. It’s more of a traditional office environment. We have our routines and we stick to them. Sarojini Nagar is a place with a lot of history and we’ve been part of this landscape for a long time. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls or just at our desks. We try to get through the pile of applications as fast as we can, but there is always more coming in. It’s a lot of responsibility because it affects students, but for us, it’s just the daily grind. We don't use fancy jargon. We just tell people what documents they need and where to go next. Most people find us because they have to get their records sorted out.
