C.B.R.E.

Our office is tucked away in Geetanjali Park in West Sagar Pur. It’s at House No 410A / 318, down Gali No 7. It’s a residential area, so it’s not where you’d expect to find a business like C.B.R.E., but it’s where we operate from. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters and local real estate. The neighborhood is pretty tight-knit, and being located right in a house makes us feel more like part of the community. We deal with a lot of local landlords and people looking for places to rent or buy in the New Delhi area. The office is basically just a room with some computers and maps on the wall. It gets busy in the evenings when people are home from work and want to talk about property. We don’t have any big signs out front, just a small one to let people know they’ve found the right place. It’s honest, everyday work. We walk the streets around Sagar Pur a lot, looking at different sites and checking on things. People around here know us as the guys who deal with the houses. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what’s available and what the prices are like. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it seems to work well for us. We've seen a lot of families move in and out over the years.
