Cb Richard Ellis

We've been here at 1902 Janta Flats for a while now. GTB Enclave is a busy spot, and Delhi-93 keeps us on our toes. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who walk in. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done. Cb Richard Ellis is the name on the door, but we're just regular folks working here. People come by asking about flats or how the market is doing in this part of Delhi. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break, but mostly it's just phone calls and files. It gets noisy outside with the traffic and neighbors, but that’s just how it is here. We handle a lot of different things related to buildings and space. It's not always easy, especially when the power goes out or it's too hot, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep things moving. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. If you're looking for us, we’re right in the middle of the enclave. It’s a practical setup, nothing more, nothing less. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It's been like this for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really matter for what we do. We just keep the desks tidy and the files in order.
