Our office is at B-385 in Nirman Vihar, right on the busy Vikas Marg in Delhi. If you’ve ever been on this road, you know how much traffic there is. Luckily, the metro station isn't too far, which makes it easier for us to get to work. We are in the business of property and real estate, so we spend a lot of time looking at buildings and talking to people about spaces. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for our small team to sit and manage the paperwork. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to discuss things. Most of the day is spent on the phone or out at different sites across the city. We don't have fancy marble floors or expensive lighting. It’s just a regular office where we keep our files and maps. You can always hear the sound of the traffic from Vikas Marg, even with the windows closed. It just becomes part of the day. We’ve been in Nirman Vihar for a good number of years now. We know the local shops and the guys who sell tea on the corner. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are something we're not. We just help people find what they need and keep track of the details. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up.
