Our office for Cb Richard Ellis South Asia Pvt Ltd is located at A-697 in Sector-2, Rohini. It’s in the Avantika area of Delhi. This part of the city is always moving, and our office is right in the middle of it. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too flashy. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cabinets. Most of our day is spent looking at property files and talking to people about land and buildings. It’s a lot of legwork. We walk around the sector quite a bit to see things for ourselves. The office itself is a bit cramped because we have so many maps and documents piled up. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a little chaotic. The tea man comes by twice a day, which is usually when we take a break. We aren't a big corporate tower; we are just a local branch doing our part in Rohini. We know the streets around here pretty well. It's a lot of hard work and staying on top of the local news. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can.
