Cathay Pacific Airways,Canbata Aviation

Our operation is located at House No. 690, which sits right on the edge of New Delhi and Haryana. We share the space between Cathay Pacific Airways and Canbata Aviation, so it is a bit of a mix of different tasks and people. The house itself is a large building that has been converted into a working office, and it has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. We deal with a lot of the ground support and aviation logistics that keep things moving at the airport. You can often see people in uniforms coming and going, or staff members rushing out with piles of documents. The rooms are a bit of a maze, with desks tucked into corners and filing cabinets lining the hallways. Because we are near the border, the area is a bit quieter than the center of Delhi, which we actually like. There is a small garden area out front that has gone a bit wild, but it is a nice place to sit for a few minutes and get some fresh air. Inside, the phones are usually busy with calls about flight times and crew schedules. It is a high-pressure environment sometimes, especially when there are delays, but we just take it as it comes. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and chat about the latest news from the runways while we wait for the next shift to arrive.
