Our office is located at Be 375, on the second floor in Hari Nagar, New Delhi. Hari Nagar is a very busy, crowded neighborhood with lots of narrow lanes and shops selling everything you can imagine. To get to us, you have to head up the stairs of the building, which can be a bit dark if the hallway light is out. The office itself is a simple room where we handle the airline's local business. It’s far from the airport, but it serves the people in this part of West Delhi. We have some desks, a few old filing cabinets, and a window that looks out over the rooftops of the nearby houses. It gets quite noisy during the day with the sounds of the street vendors and the traffic below. We aren't a big, shiny corporate office; it’s more of a practical workspace where we focus on the daily tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a while to get back online, which gives us time for a quick break. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the folders and mail, it’s a constant battle. The pin code here is 110064. It’s a no-frills kind of place, just a small team working away in the heart of Delhi. We spend our days sorting through the logs and answering emails from this second-floor room.
