Cathay Pacific Airline

Our office for Cathay Pacific Airline is tucked away on the second floor over at 27/23 in Old Ranjinder Nagar. It is not a huge place but it gets the job done for what we need to do every day. Most of us get here early in the morning and start going through the paperwork and computer files. Being in New Delhi-110060 means there is always something happening outside the windows. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow so you have to watch your step when you come to visit. We have a couple of desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that have been here forever. It’s mostly just us answering phones and talking to people who come in with questions about their trips. We aren't some big shiny skyscraper office like you see in movies. It’s just a regular workspace where we drink a lot of tea and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up but we manage to get through the day. Working in Old Ranjinder Nagar has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of that. We’ve been at this location for a while now and the locals know where to find us if they need to chat. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the messages that come in from the main headquarters.
