Cathat Pacific Airways

Our office is tucked away in Flat No-94C at Ayodhya Enclave in Sector-13, Rohini. It’s a residential block, so it doesn't really look like a typical airline office from the outside. We have our desks set up in the main room and some filing cabinets in the hallway. Being in Delhi-85 means we are right in the middle of a busy residential hub. You can hear kids playing in the enclave courtyard during the afternoons. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things for the airways here. It’s mostly phone calls and coordinating flight details on the laptop. The space is a bit tight with all the manuals and papers we have to keep track of, but it works for what we need. We don't have a big shining sign on a skyscraper. We just have our flat number and a small nameplate. Usually, we are busy checking schedules or making sure the documentation for the cargo is correct. The kitchen is just a few steps away, so we make our own tea and eat lunch together at the small table. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which keeps the stress down. We've been in this sector for a while and the guards at the gate know us. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra fluff you see in big offices. We just focus on the flights and the passengers' needs.
