Castle9 Restaurants Pvt. Ltd

Castle9 is located right in the middle of Connaught Place, up on the first floor of B-45/47. If you know New Delhi, you know how hectic CP gets at almost any hour. We have been running things from this spot for a while now. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs, but once you are here, the noise from the street dies down a little bit. We mostly handle the business side of the restaurants from this office. There are always piles of receipts and schedules lying around on the desks. It is not a very big space, so we end up bumping into each other quite a bit. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird noise, but we are used to it by now. The kitchen staff comes in and out to check on things, and there is usually a lot of talk about what supplies are running low. We aren't some big corporate machine; it is just a handful of us trying to keep everything moving. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on the floor below. We eat our lunch quickly and get back to the paperwork. It is honest work and we like being in this part of town, even with all the traffic and the crowds downstairs. It just feels like a real part of the city and we wouldn't change it for anything.
