Casa Boutique Hotels, Goa, India

While our name mentions Goa, the main office for Casa Boutique Hotels is actually right here in New Delhi. We operate from the third floor at O-47 in Lajpat Nagar-II. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but you get used to it after the first week. The neighborhood is always buzzing, especially with the market nearby, which makes finding parking a bit of a nightmare some days. Inside the office, it’s a lot of coordination. Since the hotels are far away, we spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer making sure things are running okay elsewhere. It’s a strange mix of the Delhi city life and the travel business. The office isn't decorated with anything too fancy. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We’ve been at this Lajpat Nagar address for a while now. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when we have extra supplies or files that haven't been put away yet. We don't really have a big public face here since most of the actual hotel guests are elsewhere, so it’s mostly just a spot for us to handle the back-end stuff. We drink a lot of chai and try to keep things moving. It’s a bit disorganized at times, especially during the busy seasons, but we always find what we’re looking for eventually. It’s just a regular group of people working out of a regular office in 110024.
