Our office is located in Ramprastha, Ghaziabad, right on the first floor of the B-122 building. It is a busy spot, and there is always something going on with cars coming and going or customers asking about their rentals. We have been here for a good bit of time, and the locals know where to find us. Working with a big name like Hertz means we have to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the logs to see which cars are available and where they are supposed to be. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. The desks are usually covered in keys and rental agreements that need signing. It is not a corporate showroom with glass walls; it is more of a functional workspace where we handle the logistics. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything, from answering queries to checking the vehicle conditions. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with a pen and paper. It is a straightforward business, and we just focus on making sure people get the car they need when they need it. We do not have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle in the corner for whoever needs a break. There are usually a few drivers hanging around waiting for their next shift too.
