Our place is at B-48 in Fateh Nagar, right by Jail Road. It is an easy area to find if you know New Delhi. We deal with cars and rentals all day, so there is usually a lot of talk about schedules and which driver is where. It is not a quiet job at all. We have many keys hanging on the wall and clipboards are everywhere you look. People come in looking for a ride or needing to set up a long-term car thing. We sit at our desks and try to keep everything organized so nobody gets stuck without a car. The traffic on Jail Road can be a real pain, so we are always checking the clocks. We are not some big corporate tower; we are just in a regular building in the neighborhood. Some of us have worked here for a long time and know the streets around here like the back of our hands. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during busy shifts. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing, but that is just part of the work day. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the cars are ready and the paperwork is finished. It is a lot of coordination and simple hard work. We stay pretty busy from morning until late at night. It is just a normal day for us here.
