Carnival Cruiselines

Our setup is located in Rohini, Sector 11, at C1/90. Jacob Lalmuankima is the person who runs things here. This isn't a big commercial building. It is more of a home-based office where we handle the travel and cruise details for our clients. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, from schedules to booking forms. It gets a bit messy sometimes with all the files stacked on the tables. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly it is just maps and calendars so we don't lose track of the dates. Rohini is a pretty large area, and Sector 11 has its own busy and quiet spots. We are in a place that is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the work hours. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It is just a few of us who know the business well. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining different options to people who call us. Sometimes the internet is slow and it takes forever to load the cruise routes. We just deal with it and keep working. We aren't trying to sound like a giant multinational company. We are just here in our small office, helping people plan their trips. It is a lot of talking and typing, but we stay busy. It’s just how we run our small operation.
