Carnival Cruise Lines

Our office is located at House No.793 in Sector-12 of R.K.Puram. It’s a government-style housing area, so it feels very much like a neighborhood. We’ve been set up here for a while, handling things for Carnival Cruise Lines from this side of the world. It’s mostly administrative work. We talk to people about their bookings and help with travel documents. The office is inside a regular house, which makes it feel less like a corporate building and more like a home. We have a few desks and some computers. There's a small garden out front that we try to keep alive, though the Delhi sun makes it hard. People often get confused finding the house number because the blocks are a bit messy. But once you're here, it's quiet compared to the main roads. We don't have big signs outside. Most of our work is done over the phone or email anyway. The staff here has been together for a long time. We eat lunch together and talk about regular stuff. It’s a simple setup for a big name. We don't go for anything fancy. We just make sure the details are right for the travelers. It’s steady work and we like the routine of being in this part of town. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we just wait it out. It is a very normal place with normal people.
