Carnival Cruise Lines

Carnival Cruise Lines has an office tucked away in Prince Apartments, specifically G-504/54 in IP Extension, Delhi 92. It is a bit of a different setting for a cruise company because it's right in the middle of a residential complex. You walk past people going about their daily lives and kids playing in the common areas to get to us. The office itself is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of colorful brochures showing big ships and blue water. It feels a bit funny looking at those pictures when you are sitting in the middle of Delhi traffic and heat. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails from people who are planning their vacations. IP Extension is a quiet enough place compared to some parts of the city, so it’s usually peaceful while we work. We have a small corner where people can sit and talk about where they want to travel. Sometimes we have to explain things twice because there’s a lot of detail in a cruise trip. We don't have a big fancy storefront on the main road, so most people who come here already know where they are going. We just handle the logistics and the bookings from our little spot in the apartment building. It’s a steady pace of work, mostly keeping track of dates and names and making sure all the travel documents are printed out and ready for the mail before the day ends.
