Carnival Cruise Line

Carnival Cruise Line has an office over at 4/12 Sec-1 in Pushp Vihar. This is in the Saket area of New Delhi. It’s a bit funny being a cruise company based in a city that is nowhere near the ocean. We spend our days in this office talking about ships and tropical destinations while looking out at the Saket streets. The office isn't very large. We have our desks set up in Pushp Vihar and we spend most of our time on the phones or replying to messages. Most people who work here have never even been on all the ships we talk about, but we know the details inside out. We deal with bookings and travel arrangements for people looking to go on a vacation. It gets pretty loud in the office when everyone is on a call at once. We don't have any fancy decorations, just some posters on the walls and our computers. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s relatively calm compared to the main Saket market. We just come in, do our shift, and head home like everyone else. Sometimes the printers jam or the phones act up, but we just fix it and keep going. We don't have any big corporate mission to tell you about. We just help people figure out their travel plans from our little corner of New Delhi. It’s a steady job and we like the routine of it.
