We are located on the third floor of a building in Panchsheel Vihar. If you know Malviya Nagar, you know it is quite a busy place with a lot of people moving around. Carlton Leisure India Pvt Ltd has been here for a while now. Most days it is just our small team sitting at the desks, looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people who come in. It is not a very big office, but we have enough room for the computers and the piles of folders that seem to get bigger every single week. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we are about to hand over a ticket, which is really annoying, but we always find a way to fix it. People visit us when they want to go somewhere far away or maybe just visit their family in another state. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking those visa requirements that always seem to change without any warning. It is mostly quiet work until all the phones start ringing at the same time in the afternoon. We drink a lot of tea while we look at our screens. The stairs to the third floor can be a bit much if you are not used to them, but the view of the street below is alright for a break. We just keep things moving and make sure names are spelled right on every single booking.
