Carlson Wagonlit

We've been at 1595 Saini Basti for a while now, up on the third floor. People around Mubarakpur know the building. It’s mostly just us handling travel things and paperwork. We deal with bookings and helping people get where they need to go. Uttar Pradesh is busy, so we try to keep things organized here. It isn't a fancy office with big signs, just a place to get work done. We started because travel can be a headache and people needed someone local to talk to. Most days it's just phones ringing and checking schedules on the computer. Sometimes the stairs up to the third floor feel a bit long, but we’re used to it. We know the 110003 area pretty well. If someone walks in, we usually just pull up a chair and see what they need for their trip. It's not complicated. We just focus on the tickets and the dates. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Staying here in Mubarakpur keeps us close to the people we help. We don't do big ads or anything like that. Word travels fast enough around here. It's just a regular office where we show up and do the job.
