Carlson Wagonlit

Our office is at 52/10 Block U, Phase III in DLF City, Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know how much it has changed over the years. This part is full of offices and people rushing around. Carlson Wagonlit has been based here for a while. We aren't in one of those shiny new glass towers. Our place is a bit more lived-in and practical. We spend most of our time on computers or on the phone, helping people with their travel arrangements. It can get pretty stressful when there are delays or problems, and you will often hear a lot of us talking at once. We don't have a fancy dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for a long day at the desk. The coffee machine breaks down more than it should, so we usually go out to the little stall nearby for our drinks. We have got maps on the walls and plenty of old notebooks lying around. It is a busy environment, but we have gotten used to the pace. We don't make big promises or use corporate talk. We just look at the flights and hotels and try to get things sorted out as best as we can. It is a straightforward way to work, and being in DLF City means we are right in the middle of everything.
