Our office is located at 51/13 in Ashok Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a fairly easy place to find if you know the area. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good while now. The work we do is mostly centered around travel arrangements and helping people figure out where they need to go and how to get there. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules on the computer all day. The office isn't very big, and we have desks pushed pretty close together to make room for everyone. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking to clients at the same time. Ashok Nagar is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time of day. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that. We just have our name on the door and we get to work. Most of our day is spent looking at flight paths and hotel bookings. It’s more about the details than anything else. We try to keep things organized, but with so many bookings, the desks usually end up covered in sticky notes and printouts. It’s a busy atmosphere but we like the pace. People around here know us as the place to go when they need to sort out a trip. We just do our bit and try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us on our toes.
