Carlson Wagonlit Travels

We are located at 35/9 in West Patel Nagar, which is a very crowded part of Delhi-8. Finding a parking spot near our office is almost impossible. We have been in this specific spot for quite a while now. The office is small and filled with the sound of ringing phones. We deal with all sorts of travel arrangements, from flights to train bookings. Our desks are covered in sticky notes and old memos. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from our screen. The walls are a bit yellowed now and we have some travel posters that are starting to curl at the edges. We drink a lot of coffee from the machine in the corner. It’s a busy life here in Patel Nagar. We spend the whole day looking at flight schedules and trying to match them with what people need. Sometimes the power cuts out and the whole place goes silent for a minute until the generator starts. We know the local shopkeepers and often chat with them during our breaks. It’s a grounded, practical place to work. We don't use big words or complicated systems. We just sit down and get the work done. It’s a lot of manual entry and talking to airlines. By the time we head home, our eyes are usually quite tired.
