Carlson Wagonlit Travels

You can find us over in Inder Puri, specifically at E-547/48 in the Budh Nagar area. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and our office is right in the thick of it. It’s Carlson Wagonlit Travels, but to us, it’s just the place where we come every morning to handle the travel details. The building isn’t anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s sturdy and keeps the noise of the street out for the most part. We have a few desks squeezed in here, and there is usually a stack of files that someone needs to go through. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, so we are always wiping down the monitors. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so there is always someone popping in or out of the hallway. We don’t have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just eat at our desks or go out to the local market for a quick bite. The internet goes out sometimes when it rains hard, which is a real headache, but we usually find a way to get back online pretty quick. It’s a practical workspace. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just take the calls, book the tickets, and try to make sure no one’s plans get messed up. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking on headsets, but it’s how we make our living.
