The address says New Delhi Haryana, which can be a bit confusing for the postman sometimes, but 110018 is the correct pincode for this part of town. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and people moving around constantly. We have our office up the stairs. It is not a very large space, but it works for what we need to do for Carlson Wagonlit Travels. We have several desks squeezed in and a lot of travel documents piled up in different corners. The lighting isn't the best, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or trying to fix issues with bookings. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans running at full speed. There is always someone coming in or out, either a delivery person or someone from another office in the building. We don't have a fancy reception area with a sofa. If you come to see us, you’ll just see us working right there at our desks. It is a simple, no-nonsense kind of place.
