Carlson Wagonlit Travel

If you head over to Mahavir Enclave, you will find us on the second floor of Rz/D-20 on Street No.5. This is where we run Carlson Wagonlit Travel. It is a busy part of New Delhi 45, and our office fits right in with the local shops and homes around us. We are not in a skyscraper or a fancy business park. We just have a few rooms upstairs where we handle travel arrangements for all sorts of people. The stairs are a bit narrow, but once you get up here, it is a pretty straightforward place. We spend our hours looking at flight paths, booking hotels, and trying to fix problems when someone’s trip goes a bit wrong. It is a lot of talking on the phone and staring at blue computer screens. We do not go in for any of that corporate synergy talk. We just want to get the job done so people can get where they need to go. Some days are loud because of the street noise outside, but we just get used to it. We try to be honest about what things cost and how long they take. It is not always perfect, but we do our best with what we have. It is a local business run by local people who know the area and know how to navigate the messy world of travel. We just show up every morning and get through the tasks.
