Carlson Wagonlit Travel

We sit here at A-216 in Nandram Park. It's a busy spot in Uttam Nagar. Mostly, we deal with tickets and travel papers all day. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but we just keep working through the bookings. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. It's just a few of us here. We've been in this part of New Delhi for a while now. People walk in asking about flights or where they should go for a holiday. We look at the screens, check the prices, and try to get things sorted. It isn't fancy. There are stacks of files on the desks and the tea guy comes by twice a day. We know the neighbors. We know which days are going to be chaotic. Travel is just a lot of logistics, really. You have to check the dates twice. If someone wants to go somewhere, we find a way to get the ticket printed. That’s the job. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We've seen the area change over the years. Some days are slow, others we can barely catch our breath. We just stay focused on the computer monitors and the paperwork in front of us. It's honest work. We are right there near the main road, so it's easy to find if you are looking for us. We just keep the lights on and help people get to where they need to be.
