Carlson Wagonlit Travel

We are based at A-51 near the Khanpur Depot in New Delhi. Carlson Wagonlit Travel is where we spend our working hours. The office is tucked away and filled with stacks of papers and old travel guides that we haven't moved in years. It is a bit of a small space for all the work we do. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens and trying to find the right flights for people who walk in. The phone rings a lot, and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when three people are waiting. We have a couple of desks that are covered in notes and pens. The internet can be slow sometimes, which makes the bookings take longer than they should. That is just how it is in this part of town. We are right by the depot, so there is always the sound of buses and horns in the background. The tea man comes by a few times a day, and we always look forward to that break. I have lived in Delhi my whole life and I like being in a place that feels real. We don't use any high-tech systems or fancy marketing stuff. We just sit down with the customers and try to figure out their schedules. It is a practical job and we just try to do it as honestly as we can every single day.
