Carlson Wagonlit Travel

You can find us at B 16A in the Paryavaran Complex here in New Delhi. We are Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and we have been tucked away in this part of Delhi 110030 for a good stretch of time. The office is usually full of people typing away and checking flight prices on their screens. We do a lot of corporate travel stuff, so things can get pretty frantic when a client needs to be across the world by tomorrow morning. It is a lot of logistics and detail work. The Paryavaran Complex is not the easiest place to navigate if you are new, but we like it here. It is a bit of a maze of buildings. Our team is not wearing suits and ties every day; we are just regular people who know how to navigate the travel systems. We deal with delays, cancellations, and all those travel headaches so other people do not have to. Sometimes we stay late when the weather ruins someone’s flight plans. We do not have a fancy lobby with marble floors. It is just a functional space with lots of maps and calendars on the walls. We have been around long enough to know that travel is rarely perfect, so we just try to be helpful and honest about what is possible. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting out tickets for people going everywhere.
