We run this travel office out of a flat in Dilshad Garden. It’s located in Pocket J & K, Flat No 182 D. It’s not a big glass office building; it’s more of a home-style workplace where we handle all sorts of travel bookings. We spend our days on the phone or on the computer looking at flights, trains, and hotel vouchers. Dilshad Garden is a big residential area, so we get a lot of neighbors coming by to ask about their holiday plans or work trips. The office has a couple of desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of maps and calendars on the walls. It can get a bit cluttered with all the printouts and files we keep. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We’ve been at this address for a while and people around here know they can just drop in. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to make sure the tickets are right and the dates match up. It's a lot of double-checking and talking to airlines. We like the local feel of being in a residential pocket. It keeps things grounded for us while we work.
