Our small space here in Tilak Nagar at 14/42-A has been our base for quite some time. It's a bit tucked away, but the locals know where to find Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Working in travel means things are always changing, and we spend a lot of our day just keeping up with it all. We don't have a giant team, just a few of us who know the ropes. Most days are spent on the phone or staring at screens, trying to sort out itineraries that actually make sense for people. It's not always smooth sailing. Sometimes the systems go down, or there’s a mix-up with a booking that takes all afternoon to fix. We just deal with it as it comes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some old files, and a lot of maps pinned up. We like being in New Delhi because everything is so close by, even if the traffic makes getting anywhere a chore. People come in and talk about their trips, and we listen to what they need. We aren't using fancy slogans or anything like that. It's just about getting the job done so someone can get on their plane or into their hotel. We keep things simple and honest. If a plan doesn't work, we say so. It's better to be real than to promise things that aren't going to happen. Just a regular business doing regular work. We're just trying to help people get where they're going.
