Carlson Wagonlit Travel

Our small travel office is located at NP-112A in Pitampura, Delhi. It is a busy area with lots of shops and people always moving around. We have been in this same spot for a good while, and we have grown to like the neighborhood quite a bit. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some maps pinned to the walls, and a lot of travel brochures that sometimes end up in piles on the floor. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, trying to help people figure out their trips and bookings. It can be a lot of repetitive work, and sometimes the phones do not stop ringing, but we just take it one call at a time. We do not wear uniforms or follow some strict corporate manual. We just dress casually and do our work as best as we can. Pitampura is a great location because the metro is not too far away, which makes it easy for us to get to work. The building we are in is not particularly new, and the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes, so we often just take the stairs. We have a good relationship with the other small businesses on our floor. We are just a regular group of people who enjoy helping others with their travel plans. It is straightforward, honest work without any of the fancy marketing talk.
