Carlson Wagonlit Travel

We are over at D-210/6 Mukand Vihar in Karawal Nagar. Carlson Wagonlit Travel operates out of this part of Delhi, which is quite far from the fancy city center. Karawal Nagar is a very busy, tightly packed neighborhood. Our office is tucked into one of the streets here, and it’s always a bit of a squeeze when the delivery bikes come through. The building is a standard brick structure, and we are on one of the lower floors. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires. We deal with a lot of travel bookings and corporate stuff, but the office feels very local. You can hear the sounds of the market and the kids playing nearby throughout the day. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you. Usually, the door is just open to let some air in. We have a couple of old fans that rattle a bit when they are on high speed. It gets very busy in the mornings with people calling in about their flights. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s not a polished environment, but we get the job done. Most of us have lived in Delhi all our lives, so we are used to the noise and the crowd. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in Mukand Vihar. It’s just a normal job in a busy part of town.
