We are located up on the second floor of the building at 21/21-A in Tilak Nagar. If you live in New Delhi, you already know how busy and crowded the streets can get, and this part of town is no different. We handle all sorts of travel arrangements under the name Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Our days involve looking at flight routes and trying to piece together complicated trips for people. The office is often a bit cramped because we have so many maps, schedules, and files stacked up everywhere. It is definitely not one of those sleek, glass-walled offices you see in magazines. We have old desks and chairs that have been used for years. Most of the time, we are either on the phone or typing away at our keyboards. We help people get where they need to go, whether it is for a job or just a family holiday. It involves a lot of checking and double-checking every little detail. New Delhi is a very loud city, and the constant noise from the street below definitely reaches us up here on the second floor. We have been in this same spot in Tilak Nagar for a good many years now. People from around the neighborhood know they can just walk up the stairs and talk to us directly. We don’t do any fancy advertising or marketing. We just handle the bookings and try to make sure everything is in order.
