Carlson Wagonlit Travel

Our office is located at A 53 in Munirka, New Delhi. It’s a fairly easy place to find once you are in the area. We’ve been operating Carlson Wagonlit Travel from this spot for quite some time now. Munirka is always crowded and noisy, but inside our doors at A 53, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people talking on the phone. We don't have a giant glass building or anything. It's a standard Delhi setup. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're too busy with bookings to worry about that right now. We help people with their travel plans, simple as that. People come in looking for flights or asking about train schedules. We sit down, pull up the screens, and see what's available. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait, but that’s just how it goes here. We aren't a huge corporate team here at this branch, just local staff who know the neighborhood well. Most of our clients are regulars who live nearby or work in the local shops. We keep things pretty informal. There’s usually a stack of files on the desk and some half-empty chai glasses. We just focus on getting the details right for whoever walks in. It’s a basic operation at Nd-67, and we like it that way because it feels real.
