Carlson Wagonlit Travel

We operate out of 224 Sector-5 in Pushp Vihar. It's just a regular office space here in New Delhi. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best travel routes for people. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds, mostly just a lot of time spent on computers and talking on phones. Pushp Vihar is a decent spot to be based for this kind of work. We have a small team here. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a room with desks, some old maps on the wall, and a lot of paper everywhere. People come to us when they need to get from one place to another. We try to find something that works for them without making the whole process too complicated. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, which is frustrating, but that's just how it goes sometimes. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years now. The neighborhood has changed a bit over time, but we’re still here doing the same thing. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns. We just answer the door and help whoever walks in. It’s a simple way to run a business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help folks get their plans sorted out.
