Carlson Wagonlit Travel

Our office is located in Swami Daya Nand Colony, right over in the Sarai Rohilla part of Delhi. The address is K/257 and we have been here for a long time now. It is a part of the city that feels very lived-in and busy. We work on travel arrangements here, mostly focusing on the business side of things for people who have to move around for their jobs. The office is not anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular place where we keep our files and computers. We spend the morning answering emails and the afternoons are usually spent on the phone trying to fix schedules or confirm tickets. Sarai Rohilla has its own rhythm and we are part of that daily life. There is always traffic nearby and the sound of the city coming through the windows while we work. We handle a lot of logistics, which means a lot of checking and double-checking numbers on the screen. It is a small team here and we all know each other well. We do not do much marketing or anything like that. People find us because they need their travel sorted and they know we are here in the colony. We just try to get the bookings done right so there are no problems later on. It is practical work and we do not try to make it sound like more than it is. Just travel agents doing our bit.
