Carlson Wagonlit Travel

Our office is located in Mahipalpur, right at House No. 69 on Bimla Chodhry Lane. It's a busy part of New Delhi, especially with the airport so close by. We've been operating out of this spot for some time now. Most of what we do involves sorting out travel plans and getting bookings lined up for people. It's not a big corporate building, just a regular house converted into a workspace. We spend a lot of our time on the phones or checking things on the computer. The lane can get a bit crowded with traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s just us working away. We deal with a lot of different requests every day. Some people want help with flights, others are looking for places to stay. We just take the details and see what we can find that fits. It's practical work. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just know how the travel industry works and we use that to help out whoever walks through the door or calls us up. The team here is small but we've all been doing this long enough to know the shortcuts and how to handle the usual problems that pop up. It’s a decent place to work and we’re right in the middle of everything here in Delhi. There’s always someone coming or going. We just try to keep the paperwork straight and the customers satisfied.
