You can find us at D-115 in South Anarkali, on Street Number 3. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this part of Delhi, with all the narrow lanes and scooters zooming by constantly. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise. We spend our time looking at flights and hotels and trying to piece together trips for people who want to go somewhere new. It’s not always as glamorous as it sounds because there’s a lot of waiting on hold and checking the fine print on different rules. We have a small team here and we’ve all been in the travel business for quite a while now. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to sell people things they don't really need for their trip. We just listen to where they want to go and see if we can make it happen within the budget they have. The office gets a bit dusty because of the street outside being so close, but we don't mind it much after all these years. We have our favorite lunch spots nearby and the tea man comes around twice a day, which is really the highlight for some of us here. We aren't a giant call center; we’re just a local office where you can talk to a real person across a desk. Sometimes things go wrong with bookings, and we spend the whole afternoon on the phone fixing it. That’s just part of the job. We keep on going anyway.
