Carlson Wagonlit Travel

Our office is tucked away at B - 105 in Jhilmil Colony. Being in Delhi, specifically the 110095 area, means there is always something going on outside our windows. Carlson Wagonlit Travel isn't some new thing; we’ve been around the block a few times. It’s funny because Jhilmil Colony has its own rhythm, and we’ve just become part of the furniture here. We handle a lot of travel stuff, obviously. It’s mostly sitting at desks, drinking way too much coffee, and trying to figure out the best way to get people to where they need to be. We don’t have a big shiny lobby or anything like that. It’s a working office. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise and we have to give it a kick, but it works. We’ve got a small team and we all know each other’s business. If someone calls, they usually talk to the same two or three people every time. We like it that way. It makes the day go by faster when you actually know who you’re talking to. Haryana and Delhi sort of blend together around here, so we get a mix of everyone coming through. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get their tickets sorted without too much of a headache. Sometimes we get the dates mixed up on a scratchpad, but we fix it fast.
