Our office is tucked away in Netaji Nagar at A-2446. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and there is always something going on outside the window. We spend our hours looking at flight schedules and trying to make sense of all the different travel routes people need. It’s not just about booking a ticket; it’s about making sure the dates line up and nothing gets missed in the process. Working at Carlson Wagonlit Travel means dealing with a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. Some days are much busier than others, especially when everyone decides they want to go somewhere at the same time. The desks are usually covered in notes and little scraps of paper with flight numbers written on them. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that, just a functional space where the work gets done. The neighborhood is okay, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive late. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it while checking the latest updates on the screen. It is just steady work in a part of the city that stays active from morning until night. We’ve been at this location for a bit, so we know the local shops and where to get a decent cup of tea when the afternoon slump hits. The building itself is plain, but it serves its purpose for our daily tasks.
