Carlson Wagonlit Tracel

We are based at A-1B/113B in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. It is a residential and commercial mix around here, so there are always people walking their dogs or heading to the nearby shops. Our office for Carlson Wagonlit Travel is where we handle a lot of flight bookings and travel arrangements. It is a smallish space filled with the sound of ringing phones and people typing away on their keyboards. We have stacks of travel brochures and printouts on almost every surface. The office does not look like those fancy travel agencies you see in magazines; it is just a working space where we try to find the best routes for people. Sometimes the air feels a bit stuffy when the door is closed, so we usually keep it propped open to let in some air from the street. We have a few maps on the walls that are probably a bit outdated by now. The team here is small, so we all know each other’s business and help out when it gets really busy during the holiday seasons. We are close to the metro, which makes the commute easier for most of us. It is just a regular office where we deal with a lot of details and try to keep everyone's schedules straight. We have our coffee together in the morning and then jump straight into the emails and phone calls until it is time to go.
