Cargo Service Center

Our office is at G-2/10 in Malviya Nagar. It is a busy part of New Delhi to be in, and things are always moving fast around here. We deal with cargo, so there is always a lot of movement and constant phone calls. It isn’t the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting or a coffee. It is more about getting boxes moved and schedules met. The office is often full of folders and maps. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and checking on arrivals from the airport. Malviya Nagar is a great spot, but the parking is a total mess, so we usually just walk or take a rickshaw to get around. Inside, it’s just desks and computers. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s business. It’s a bit loud because of the street noise and the constant chatter on the phones. We don’t put on any airs about being a big corporation. We are just a local service center trying to keep the freight moving. If something gets delayed, we are the ones who hear about it first. It can be stressful, but we’ve got a good routine down now after all these years. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the locals know us by now. We just do the work, lock up the gate, and go home to our families. There isn’t much more to it than that. It’s a plain, hardworking environment for us.
