Cargo Air India

We operate out of 9/337 Lalita Park, which is right in the Laxmi Nagar area of Delhi. Dealing with Cargo Air India means we are constantly surrounded by boxes, crates, and a whole lot of shipping labels. Laxmi Nagar is a very tight, crowded neighborhood, and Lalita Park is no exception. The streets are always full of people, rickshaws, and delivery bikes. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easier to move things in and out, but it also means we hear everything happening outside. We have a couple of large scales for weighing stuff and a big table where we do all the manifesting. It is a bit dusty because of the cargo and the city air, but we don't mind it much. We have a small cooler for water which is a lifesaver during the Delhi summers. The walls are covered with old calendars and charts showing flight schedules. We aren't really the type to wear suits or formal clothes here. We usually just wear something comfortable because we are moving around a lot. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to track it down. It is a lot of waiting followed by a lot of rushing. That is just how the cargo business goes in a place like this. We are just regular folks doing our best to keep the mail and packages moving along.
