Maya Puri is where you will find our office. We have been based in this area for a good while now. Caretel Pvt.Ltd is the name we have on the front of our space, but we are just a small crew of people. Since this is an industrial area, it is almost always a bit noisy and dusty outside. We do not mind it much anymore. The building we are in is older, but it stays dry and keeps the rain off our equipment. We have a few rooms filled with desks and old filing cabinets. It is certainly not a modern office with bean bags or colorful walls. We just have sturdy chairs and enough light to see what we are doing on the computer screens. We do a lot of administrative and service work throughout the week. People call us up, and we try to sort out whatever they need. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook all afternoon. Other times it is quiet enough that you can hear the clock ticking on the far wall. We do not have a marketing team writing fancy things for us. I am just typing this out because it needs to be done. We usually eat our lunches together in the small back room. It is a very basic way of running a business. We do not pretend to be some giant corporation. We are just a private company trying to make a living here.
