If you head over to Old Rajinder Nagar, you’ll find us at 6/39 on the second floor. Careercruise.Com has been based here for a good while now. This neighborhood is famous for all the students studying for exams, so there’s always a serious but busy vibe in the air. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for our small team to sit and work on the computers. We deal with career stuff, helping people figure out their next steps, but we don't do it with any big speeches or expensive seminars. It’s mostly just sitting down and looking at what’s available. The building itself is typical for this part of New Delhi—lots of wires and old paint, but it’s sturdy. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking through options with whoever walks in. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are stacks of folders everywhere and the desks are a bit cluttered. We prefer it this way because it feels more real. We aren't a huge portal with thousands of employees. It is just a few of us trying to make sense of the job market. Sometimes the noise from the coaching centers nearby is a bit much, but it keeps us on our toes. We just take things one day at a time, trying to be useful without making a big fuss about it. It is just work in a busy part of town and we get by.
