Our office is in a very busy part of Delhi, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people outside. We have a lot of desks covered in folders and application forms. It’s not a very organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time helping people fill out their visa paperwork. It can be very confusing for them, so we try to explain it in a simple way. We aren't a big corporate agency. We are just a local office in Govind Puri. People come to see us because their friends or cousins used our service before. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just work through the piles of paper every day. Sometimes the embassy changes the rules and we have to figure it all out again. It can be a bit of a struggle, but we keep at it. We’ve been in this building for quite a long time now. We don't have a polished website or a marketing team. We just rely on doing the work properly. It’s a busy life here in Kalkaji, but we like helping people get their careers started overseas.
